Notice

1.  Organization Code of the People’s Republic of China is the only and permanently unchanged legal code within PRC. <Certificate of Organization Code of the People’s Republic of China> is the certificate of legal code of the organization. It has an original version and a copy.

2.  Certificate of Organization Code of the People’s Republic of China> can’t be rent, lent, cheated, transferred, counterfeited, compiled, or illegally traded.

3.   If any changes on the registered items of <Certificate of Organization Code of the People’s Republic of China>, the organization should inform registration organization and apply to revise the registration, and then replace with an updated Certificate of Organization Code of the People’s Republic of China.

4.   All organizations must abide by the relevant regulations and join the annual check by the organization that confers the certificate.

5.    Upon legal cancellation or revocation, organizations should do cancelling registration with the conferment organization, and give back all the <Certificate of Organization Code of the People’s Republic of China.
